Monthly Designation definition

Monthly Designation means the amount of Clean Coal designated by AWVMC or its designee to be delivered by Independent Contractor during the next month. Except in the -4- 5 event of Force Majeure, the Monthly Designation shall be between [*](1) - [*](1) tons of Clean Coal per month. The Monthly Designation shall be included in the Delivery Schedules. Independent Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to comply with the Monthly Designations.

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.
