Monthly Expense Payment definition

Monthly Expense Payment defined in Section 5.3.
Monthly Expense Payment. The term “Monthly Expense Payment” shall have such meaning as is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • The Auction Agent shall advise the Issuer of the amount referred to in the preceding sentence not later than 4:00 p.m. at least two Business Days preceding such Monthly Expense Payment Date.

  • For purposes of computing damages pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1951.2, (i) an interest rate equal to the Agreed Interest Rate shall be used where permitted, and (ii) the term “rent” includes the Base Rent, the Monthly Expense Payment and Additional Rent.

  • Landlord may reasonably adjust the Estimated Monthly Expense Payments from time to time and at any time during a calendar year, and Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, on the first day of each month following receipt of Landlord’s written notice thereof (provided it receives at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice), the adjusted Estimated Monthly Expense Payment.

  • In the event of damage to the Premises which does not result in the termination of this Lease, the Base Rent, the Monthly Expense Payment and the Additional Rent shall be temporarily abated during the period of restoration in proportion to the degree to which Tenant’s use of the Premises is impaired by such damage.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Lease Payment means any form of payment, including a land lease, by a public entity to the private entity for the use of a qualifying project.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Covered Expenses means expenses actually incurred by or on behalf of a Covered Person for treatment, services and supplies covered by the Policy. Coverage under the Participating Organization’s Policy must remain continuously in force from the date of the Covered Accident or Sickness until the date treatment, services or supplies are received for them to be a Covered Expense. A Covered Expense is deemed to be incurred on the date such treatment, service or supply, that gave rise to the expense or the charge, was rendered or obtained.

  • Administration Expenses Payment means the amount the Administrator will be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount to reimburse its reasonable fees and expenses in accordance with the Administrator’s “not to exceed” bid submitted to the Court in connection with Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means October 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through February 10, 2014.

  • Cash Expenses means, for any period, the Operating Expenses for the operation of the Property as set forth in an Approved Annual Budget to the extent that such expenses are actually incurred by Borrower minus any payments into the Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund.
