Monthly Instalment definition

Monthly Instalment means a payment payable each month on the Payment Date in an amount calculated in accordance with this Mortgage.

Monthly Instalment means, in respect of a Mobile Device purchased under an Instalment Plan, an amount (rounded up to the nearest cent) equal to the Purchase Price for that Mobile Device, divided by the relevant Instalment Plan Term. Monthly Payment Date has the meaning given in the Mobile Service Terms. Network has the meaning given in the Mobile Service Terms.

Monthly Instalment means the amount of the contracted monthly instalments (including Smart Instalment, Smart Move, CashXcess, Dial-An- Instalment and other instalment plans available from time to time) over an agreed repayment period that is accepted by the Cardmember.

• The PDCs shall be presented for the encashment in case the Monthly Instalment through ECS is not processed due to any technical issue or otherwise.

• The Parties further agree that the Borrower should have paid at least one Monthly Instalment prior to making part Pre-Payment of the Loan.

More Definitions of Monthly Instalment

Monthly Instalment shall comprise of the sum of all contracted monthly instalments (including monthly instalments for Auto Balance Conversion, Zero Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP), Flexipay, Balance Transfer Plan (BTP) and other instalment plans made available by the Bank from time to time).

Monthly Instalment means any outstanding balance, transaction amount or cash advances that has converted into monthly instalment that needs to be paid in full and forms part of the monthly minimum amount due.
