Monthly Master File definition

Monthly Master File has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4(c) hereof.
Monthly Master File means a detailed master file containing the information necessary for the Backup Servicer to verify the information with respect to the Receivables set forth in the Backup Servicing Agreement in computer readable format reasonably acceptable to the Backup Servicer and the Administrative Agent.

(cc) “Obligor” means, with respect to a Loan, each borrower, guarantor or other Person obligated to make payments thereon pursuant to the related Loan Documents. (dd) “Person” means an individual, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, joint venture, corporation, business trust, partnership or other organization or entity (whether governmental or private). (ee) “Privacy Requirements” has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 16(b) hereof. (ff) “Proceeding” means any suit in equity, action at law or other judicial or administrative proceeding. (gg) “Representatives” has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 16(a) hereof. (hh) “Retail Platform” means the online credit platform owned and operated by PFL, and any of its related systems and data for the purchase of Borrower Payment Dependent Notes by retail investors. (ii) “Serviced Assets” means the Loans and/or Borrower Payment Dependent Notes serviced by Servicer pursuant ot the Indenture. (jj) “Servicer” has the meaning assigned thereto in the preamble to this Agreement. (kk) “SPE” has the meaning assigned thereto in the recitals to this Agreement. (ll) “Successor Servicer” has the meaning assigned thereto in the recitals to this Agreement. 4 CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT [***] indicates that text has been omitted which is the subject of a confidential treatment request. This text has been separately filed with the SEC. (mm) “Successor Servicing Agreement” has the meaning assigned thereto in the recitals to this Agreement. (nn) “Successor Servicing Fee” has the meaning assigned thereto in Exhibit B hereto. 2. Loans Covered by this Agreement. As of the date hereof, this Agreement applies to any and all Loans serviced by Servicer from time to time.

  • CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Servicer Watch List means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Watch List" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
