Trust Deeds definition

Trust Deeds means, jointly or severally as the context requires, the Charitable Trust Deeds or discretionary trust deeds created by the Corporate Trustee pursuant to clause 22.5 and to be executed pursuant to 22.6.
Trust Deeds means in respect of: (a) Garnett-Saunders Family Trust, the discretionary trust deed dated 1 July 2008 executed by Charles Mark Percival Allen and Garnett-Saunders Pty Ltd (ACN 131 823 151), (b) Draconis Family Trust, the discretionary trust deed dated 27 June 2008 executed by Charles Mark Percival Allen and Draconis Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 131 846 001), and (c) Ta’eed Felah Family Trust, the discretionary trust deed dated 1 July 2008 executed by Charles Mark Percival Allen and Ta’eed Felah Pty Ltd (ACN 131 154 231).
Trust Deeds means the deeds which govern or relate to the Scheme;

More Definitions of Trust Deeds

Trust Deeds means the two trust deeds each dated 30th March, 2000 between Corp, plc and the Eurobond Trustee and constituting the Eurobonds;
