Most recent edition of the Standard definition

Most recent edition of the Standard means the 1993 edition or any subsequent edition of the Standard adopted by the commission pursuant to this section.[PL 1995, c. 349, §3 (NEW).]

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.
