The Commission may make its budget authorization decisions based upon the following factors: (a) the breadth and complexity of the MSP Activities; (b) the significance of any policy issues directly attributable to MSP Activities; (c) the MSP Activities schedule; (d) the participation of other parties in MSP Activities that adequately represent the interests of customers; (e) the amount of funds being provided by the Participating Intervenor; and (f) the level of available funds in the MSP Funds.
AWEC’s MSP Activities include attendance at MSP Workgroup meetings and teleconferences, as well as associated communications with MSP participants, review of materials distributed by PacifiCorp or other MSP stakeholders, and any follow-up activity.
