Examples of MSP Activities in a sentence

  • The Commission may place reasonable conditions on MSP Fund Grants, including but not limited to requiring that the Participating Intervenor uses in-house resources or outside funding to account for or pay more than 20% of the Eligible Expenses for the work to be performed in the MSP Activities.

  • The Commission may amend an MSP Fund Grant if it finds that there has been a material change in the breadth and complexity of the MSP Activities or the significance of the policy issues directly attributable to MSP Activities, such that the initial MSP Fund Grant is no longer warranted.

  • A request for payment under this Section 6.1 must show that the MSP Fund Grant will be used to pay Eligible Expenses for MSP Activities.

  • For the Term of the Agreement, the deadline for submitting proposed budgets is (1) January 1 of each calendar year to the extent MSP Activities have been identified and (2) in the event additional MSP Activities are identified after January 1 of each calendar year, within 30 calendar days thereafter.

  • A request for an Amendment of Proposed Budget must include a statement of the unforeseen changes in the scope or complexity of MSP Activities, unanticipated positions taken by other parties in MSP Activities, changes in the schedule for MSP Activities, or other information to establish good cause.

  • No other organization represents the interests of Oregon industrial customers in the MSP Activities.

  • Depending on the development of ongoing MSP Activities, AWEC might investigate a wide array of issues, including those related to cost allocation of load growth, hydro resources, conservation, renewable portfolio standards, thermal generation, and state policies.

  • MSP Activities may result in the identification of emerging issues which affect current cost allocation methodology.

  • AWEC’s MSP Activities include attendance at MSP Workgroup meetings and teleconferences, as well as associated communications with MSP participants, review of materials distributed by PacifiCorp or other MSP stakeholders, and any follow-up activity.

  • The Commission may make its budget authorization decisions based upon the following factors: (a) the breadth and complexity of the MSP Activities; (b) the significance of any policy issues directly attributable to MSP Activities; (c) the MSP Activities schedule; (d) the participation of other parties in MSP Activities that adequately represent the interests of customers; (e) the amount of funds being provided by the Participating Intervenor; and (f) the level of available funds in the MSP Funds.

Related to MSP Activities

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • High Risk Activities means activities where the use or failure of the Services would reasonably be expected to result in death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (such as the creation or operation of weaponry).

  • Funded Activities means the activities set out in the Grant Offer Letter and Annex 2 of these Conditions; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums that DWP will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with clause 4 and subject to the provisions set out at clause 22.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.

  • Interfering Activities means (A) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Person employed by, or providing consulting services to, any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or services (or in the case of a consultant, materially reducing such services) with the Company Group; (B) hiring any individual who was employed by the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring; or (C) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Business Relation to cease doing business with or reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company Group, or in any way interfering with the relationship between any such Business Relation and the Company Group.
