Multi-Unit Dwelling definition

Multi-Unit Dwelling or “MUD” means a classification of housing where multiple housing units are contained within one building or multiple buildings within a complex or community. Common types of MUDs include duplexes, townhomes, and apartments, mobile homes and manufactured-home parks.
Multi-Unit Dwelling means one or more single buildings designed to contain three or more dwelling units not including secondary suites where none of the dwelling units are rented or available for rent or occupation for periods of less than 30 days;
