Mobile Homes. The State will pay the reasonable actual cost for moving a mobile home if it is the employee's domicile, plus a maximum $750 allowance for blocking, unblocking, securing contents or expando units, installing or removal of tires (on wheels) on or off the trailer, removal or replacement of skirting and utility connections will be paid by the State when accompanied by receipts. "Actual Moving Cost" includes only the transportation cost, escort service when required by a governmental unit, special lighting permits, tolls or surcharges. "Actual Moving Cost" does not include the moving of oil tanks, out buildings, swing sets, etc., that cannot be dismantled and secured inside the mobile home. Mobile home liability is limited to damage to the unit caused by negligence of the carrier, and to contents up to a value of $500. Additional excess valuation and/or hazard insurance may be purchased from the carrier at the expense of the employee. The repair or replacement of equipment of the trailer, i.e., tires, axles, bearings, lights, etc., are the responsibility of the owner.
Mobile Homes. Utility connections to existing utilities within an established mobile home park, up to $200, when accompanied by receipts. (“utility connections” means connecting to existing electrical power, gas and water.) Mobile home liability is limited to damage to the unit caused by the negligence of the carrier, and to contents up to a value of one thousand five hundred dollars (1,500). Additional excess valuation and/or hazard insurance may be purchased from the carrier at the expense of the employee. The repair or replacement of equipment of the mobile home i.e., tire, axles, bearings, lights, etc., are the responsibility of the employee.
Mobile Homes. No mobile home, trailer, manufactured home, tent or other temporary, mobile housing may be located on the Leased Premises without Lessor’s and the Brazos River Authority’s prior written consent. This provision shall not apply to any similar Improvement previously approved in writing by the Brazos River Authority.

Mobile Homes. No existing residential building of any kind can be moved onto any lot on the plat. No house trailer will be permitted to be parked on any numbered lot within the subdivision, unless approved by the Building Control Committee as a temporary expedien cy prior to removal to a designated area.
Mobile Homes. This section applies when a mobile home is a principal residence.
a) Where the mobile home is attached to a permanent foundation on an Employee owned lot, the sale of the mobile home is treated according to the Sale of Residence portion of this agreement.
b) Where the property is leased, reasonable cost of discharging the lease and the moving of the mobile home to the selected property in the new location will be paid.
Mobile Homes. The Employer will pay the actual reasonable cost for moving a 21 mobile home if it is the employee's domicile, plus a maximum of one thousand 22 dollars $1,000) allowance for blocking, unblocking, securing contents or 23 expando units, installing or removal of tires (on wheels) on or off the mobile 24 home, and removal or replacement of skirting will be paid by the Employer 25 when accompanied by receipts. Actual moving costs include only the 26 transportation cost, escort services when required by a governmental unit, 27 special lighting permits, tolls and/or surcharges, but excludes moving of fuel 28 tanks, out buildings, swing sets, etc., that are not secured inside the mobile 29 home. 31 Utility connections to existing utilities within an established mobile home park, 32 up to $200, when accompanied by receipts. (“utility connections” means 33 connecting to existing electrical power, gas and water.) 35 Mobile home liability is limited to damage to the unit caused by the negligence 36 of the carrier, and to contents up to a value of one thousand five hundred 37 dollars (1,500). Additional excess valuation and/or hazard insurance may be 38 purchased from the carrier at the expense of the employee. 40 The repair or replacement of equipment of the mobile home i.e., tire, axles, 41 bearings, lights, etc., are the responsibility of the employee.
Mobile Homes. A Pilot residing in a mobile home unit will be allowed moving expenses for relocating the unit, but such expenses shall not exceed those provided in paragraph B.1., above.
Mobile Homes. Each mobile home that occupies a single lot or lot not designated as a mobile home court or park, must have an individual tap and meter. A lot or tract designated as a mobile home court or park may be served by one meter.
Mobile Homes. In an R1 or an R2 Zone, mobile homes shall be required to meet the following standards:
(1) Must be on a lot not less than seventy five feet by ninety four feet (75’ x 94’) or a minimum of seven thousand fifty (7,050) square feet.
(2) Must have the tongue and wheels removed and be out [sic] down on a permanent foundation with tie down, both approved by the City and the Building Inspector.
(3) Must hook up to the City water and sewer, if available.
(4) Must have a minimum floor space of at least five hundred (500) square feet. Double wide mobile homes must have a minimum floor space of nine hundred (900) square feet.
(5) Must not be over five (5) years old and must meet State Plumbing, Building and Electrical Codes.
