Multifamily Residential Property definition

Multifamily Residential Property means a residential property, located in the United States, containing five or more dwelling units in which not more than twenty percent (20%) of the net rentable area is or will be rented to non-residential tenants, and conforming to the requirements of Chapter 2 of Part III of the DUS Guide (Property Requirements).
Multifamily Residential Property means a residential property, located in the United States, containing five or more dwelling units in which not more than twenty percent (20%) of the net rentable area is or will be rented to non-residential tenants, and conforming to the requirements of Sections 201 and 203 of Part III of the DUS Guide.
