Examples of Multiple Use Test in a sentence

  • The Administrator shall maintain records which are sufficient to demonstrate that the ADP Test, the ACP Test and the Multiple Use Test, have been met for each Plan Year for at least as long as the Employer's corresponding tax year is open to audit.

  • The Administrator shall be responsible for ensuring that the Plan meets the ADP Test, the ACP Test and the Multiple Use Test, and that the Contribution Dollar Limit is not exceeded.

  • The performance of the ADP Test, and if applicable, the ACP Test and the Multiple Use Test, and any corrective action resulting therefrom, shall be conducted separately with regard to Employees who are eligible to participate in the Plan as a result of a collective bargaining agreement.

  • Under the Multiple Use Test, the sum of the ADP and the ACP for the Highly Compensated Employee Group may not exceed the Plan's Aggregate Limit.

  • The determination of HCEs, NHCEs, and the performance of the ADP Test, the ACP Test and the Multiple Use Test, and any corrective action resulting therefrom, shall be conducted separately with regard to the Employees of each Employer (and its Related Companies) that is not a Related Company with respect to the other Employer(s).

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.

  • Percolation test means a subsurface soil test at the depth of a proposed absorption system or similar component of an OWTS to determine the water absorption capability of the soil, the results of which are normally expressed as the rate at which one inch of water is absorbed.
