Municipal license definition

Municipal license means a license issued by a municipality pursuant to section 16 of this act that allows a person to operate a marihuana establishment in that municipality.

Municipal license means a current and valid license for a Marihuana Establishment issued under this Ordinance, which shall be granted to a Municipal License Holder only for and limited to a specific Municipally-Licensed Premises and a specific Municipally-licensed Property. Said Municipal License shall be in addition to the Special Use Permit required to be obtained pursuant to the City Zoning Ordinance.
