Municipal Planning Approval Authority definition

Municipal Planning Approval Authority means the Municipal Planning Approval Authority contemplated in section 4;

Municipal Planning Approval Authority means the Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of this By-­‐law or Municipal Planning Authorised Official appointed in terms of this By-­‐law or Municipal Council duly authorised to make municipal planning approval in terms of this By-­‐law;

Municipal Planning Approval Authority means the Municipal Planning Tribunal or Municipal Planning Authorised Official or Municipal Council delegated to determine and decide on land development applications in terms of this By-law;
