Municipal purpose means any activity or power which may be exercised by the state or its political subdivisions.
Municipal purpose means activities the Municipality undertakes on a regular basis in the exercise of those powers, duties, and functions conferred upon the Municipality by the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c 25 or other statutes and regulations, including work performed by the Municipality in respect to its ROW and other municipal infrastructure.
