Municipal purpose definition

Municipal purpose means any activity or power which may be exercised by the state or its political subdivisions.
Municipal purpose means the use or occupancy of a parcel of land by the City, or under lease from the City by a non-profit organization, for the purpose of delivering one or more municipal services. Parcels that are specifically included in this definition are the:
