Municipal Staff definition

Municipal Staff means direct employees of The Corporation of the City of Brantford whether full-time, part-time, contract (including employees of staffing agencies) or casual (including students) but does not include volunteers, employees of Local Boards, employees of subsidiaries of the City, bodies that have independent corporate existence or independent contractors and their employees.
Municipal Staff means a person employed by the Municipality and includes volunteers and contractors authorized to act on behalf of the Municipality, appointed representatives (committees appointed by Council), and the Mayor and Council members;
Municipal Staff means the Municipality’s Dog Control Officer or a person appointed by the Clerk or Council to act on the Municipality’s behalf for the purposes of this By-law, whose duties shall include acting as the Municipal Pound Keeper.

Municipal Staff means the staff of the Corporation authorized to exercise the rights and perform the duties of the Corporation under this contract.
