In 2010 National Nabucco Companies established in the transit countries and ratification of the IGA by National Parlia- ments19.
Operating Companies means EAI, EMI, ELI and ENOI, each being an "Operating Company".
Group Companies means, collectively, the Company and each of its Subsidiaries.
Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.
Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
Target Companies has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.
lone parent means a person who has no partner and who is responsible for and a member of the same household as a child or young person;
PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.
Holding Companies means, collectively, the Company and Holdings, and each is a “Holding Company”.
Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.
Dte. GHS means Directorate General and Health Services, MOH&FW.
Parent Parties means Parent and Merger Sub.
Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .
Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.
The Parents /"You" means any person who has signed the Acceptance Form and/or who has accepted responsibility for a child's attendance at this School. Parents are legally responsible, individually and jointly, for complying with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Those who have "parental responsibility" (i.e. legal responsibility for the child) are entitled to receive relevant information concerning the child unless a court order has been made to the contrary, or there are other reasons which justify withholding information to safeguard the interests and welfare and best interests of the child.
Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.
Holdings as defined in the preamble hereto.
Released Entities With respect to Released Claims, the Settling Distributors and (1) all past and present subsidiaries, divisions, predecessors, successors, and assigns (in each case, whether direct or indirect) of each Settling Distributor; (2) all past and present subsidiaries and divisions (in each case, whether direct or indirect) of any entity described in subsection (1); (3) the respective past and present officers, directors, members, trustees, and employees of any of the foregoing (each for actions that occurred during and related to their work for, or employment with, any of the Settling Distributors or the foregoing entities);
SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”
boycott energy companies has the meaning used in Section 809.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. The Professional understands “affiliate” to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Professional and exists to make a profit.
