Named Plaintiff means each Person (as defined in ¶ 1.11 herein) who is named as a plaintiff in any pending case in the Litigation and who, prior to the execution of the Settlement Agreement by Settlement Class Co-Lead Counsel, joins in this settlement by affirming in a writing (which will be filed with the Court by the Settling Parties) that he or she, or his or her counsel, approve and join in this settlement.
