National Rail Conditions of Carriage definition

National Rail Conditions of Carriage means the terms and conditions which apply to the carriage of passengers and their belongings on all passenger train services operated by TOCs, as published and updated from time to time by the TOCs;
National Rail Conditions of Carriage means the National Rail Conditions of Carriage set out in Schedule 12 including any supplement to them and any modification or replacement of them as advised and made available to the Licensee from time to time.
National Rail Conditions of Carriage means the conditions of carriage referenced in Schedule 11, including any supplement to them and any modification or replacement of them as such modifications or replacement may be notified by Atoc to the Agent from time to time;

  • Holders of other tickets will, as now, be entitled to refunds on tickets that have not been used under the provisions of the National Rail Conditions of Carriage.

  • Instead, legal obligations are specified in the National Rail Conditions of Carriage, which apply to all train operating com- panies in the UK, and form part of the customer contract with Virgin Trains upon ticket purchase.
