  • Any funds that the State receives from the National Settlement Agreements as attorney fees and costs or in lieu of attorney fees and costs, including the Additional Restitution Amounts, will be treated as State Abatement Funds.

Related to National Settlement Agreements

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Structured settlement agreement means the agreement, judgment, stipulation, or release embodying the terms of a structured settlement.

  • Viatical settlement provider means a person, other than a viator, who enters into or effectuates a viatical settlement contract. Viatical settlement provider does not include:

  • Share Settlement means a number of shares of Class A Common Stock equal to the number of Redeemed Units.
