Nationwide Class definition

Nationwide Class means all persons who reside in the United States who used the App prior to issuance of the Preliminary Approval Order.
Nationwide Class means all persons residing in any state except Kentucky or North Carolina who purchased an Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 4.7 inch or 5.5 inch smartphone during the time period of January 1, 2015 – December 27, 2016.
