Natural Gas Pipelines definition

Natural Gas Pipelines means natural gas transmission pipeline systems and related facilities, including all appurtenances, metering facilities, fee property, leases, easements, licenses, permits, right of ways, contracts, contract rights and other rights, necessary for the design, development, construction, maintenance, upkeep, repair, or operation thereof.
Natural Gas Pipelines means: (i) the proposed Coastal GasLink Pipeline Project described in the Environmental Assessment Certificate issued on October 23, 2014 under the Environmental Assessment Act, [SBC 2002] c. 43, as varied from time to time; (ii) the proposed Prince Xxxxxx Gas Transmission Project described in the Environmental Assessment Certificate issued on November 25, 2014 under the Environmental Assessment Act, [SBC 2002] c. 43, as varied from time to time; and (iii) the proposed Westcoast Connector Gas Transmission Project described in the Environmental Assessment Certificate issued on November 25, 2014 under the Environmental Assessment Act, [SBC 2002] c. 43, as varied from time to time, and includes components such as a natural gas pipeline, and associated compressor stations, equipment and other physical facilities, valves and meters, power supply sources, equipment staging sites, access roads and rights of ways, construction camps and investigative activities; and

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the Council and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a "communication pipe" referred to in SABS Code 0252 Part I;

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Thermal energy means the thermal output produced by a combustion source used directly as part of a manufacturing process, industrial/commercial process, or heating/cooling application, but not used to produce electricity.

  • Coal means any solid fuel classified as anthracite, bituminous, subbituminous, or lignite.
