Needy person definition

Needy person or "indigent person" means:
Needy person means a person who at the time of his need of an attorney is unable to provide for the full payment of an attorney and all other necessary expenses of representation without prejudicing his financial ability to provide basic economic necessities for himself or his family considering the person's available funds and the anticipated cost of the attorney.
Needy person means a person who meets the eligibility criteria in ss. DCF 120.05 and 120.06.
