Negotiated FILOT Payments definition

Negotiated FILOT Payments means the negotiated FILOT payments due pursuant to Section 5.01 hereof with respect to that portion of the Expansion Project consisting of Negotiated FILOT Property qualifying under the Negotiated FILOT Act for the negotiated assessment ratio and millage rates described in Section 5.01(b)(ii) hereof.
Negotiated FILOT Payments means the FILOT payments due pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof with respect to that portion of the Project consisting of Economic Development Property.
Negotiated FILOT Payments means the FILOT payments due pursuant to Section 5.01 hereof with respect to that portion of the Project consisting of Negotiated FILOT Property qualifying under the Negotiated FILOT Act for the negotiated assessment ratio and millage rate or rates described in Section 5.01(b)(ii) hereof.

More Definitions of Negotiated FILOT Payments

Negotiated FILOT Payments means any fee in lieu of tax payments due pursuant to an agreement entered between the Sponsor and the County under the Act, including those under Section 4.1 hereof, with respect to that portion of the Project consisting of Economic Development Property.
Negotiated FILOT Payments arrangement set forth in the Fee Agreement will be for a period of thirty (30) years for each annual increment of capital investment in the Project during the Investment Period, commencing with the first year of the capital investment made under the Fee Agreement.
