NEGOTIATIONS TEAMS definition

NEGOTIATIONS TEAMS. Those persons who officially sit at the bargaining table. The Board, or designated representative of the Board, will meet with representatives designated by the Union for the purpose of discussion and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Each team shall have no more than four (4) members.
NEGOTIATIONS TEAMS. The body of official representatives of the Montpelier Exempted Village Board of Education or the Association.

Related to NEGOTIATIONS TEAMS

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
