NEMO Business means the NEMO Activity of the Licensee together withthe Republic of Ireland NEMO Activity. “Northern Ireland Fuel Security Code” means the document of that title designated as such by the Department, dealing with the co-operation of licence holders in strategic contingency planning in respect of fuel stocks, the modification of the merit order and certain other systems and procedures under the Grid Code during periods when the Department has given (and there is in force) one or more directions under Article 37(4) of the Order, the entitlement of the Licensee and authorised electricity operators to and the collection of certain payments in anticipation of, during and after the expiry of any such periods, and connected matters. “North/South Circuits” means the electric lines and electrical plant and meters used for conveying electricity only directly to or from a substation or converter station within Northern Ireland directly to or from a substation or converter station within the Republic of Ireland. “Order” means the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992. “Permitted Purpose” means the purpose of all or any of the following:
