Net Developable Area definition

Net Developable Area means the total acreage shown to be developable under Town of Greenfield Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinances, minus all areas which are determined not to be suitable for on-site sewage disposal, and all areas designated as Wetland or Wetland buffer.
Net Developable Area means, for the purpose of the Storm Water Management service as set out in Schedule “G”, the developable area of land calculated on a net hectare basis that excludes lands conveyed or to be conveyed to:

More Definitions of Net Developable Area

Net Developable Area. Means the surveyed area of an erf less that area which by virtue of soil instability, liability to flooding, inaccessibility of topography or slopes steeper than 1:3 or the existence of an environmentally sensitive area, renders such area in the opinion ofthe Local Authority as being undevelopable.
