Subdivision Regulations definition

Subdivision Regulations means the most recently adopted version of the "Town of Mason Subdivision Regulations". Where numerical reference is made to a section of this regulation, for example 4.15, the number refers to the numbering used in the March 1986 version of said regulations and shall be understood to mean the equivalent section in the current version of the Regulation.
Subdivision Regulations means regulations made by the minister pursuant to section 125 or bylaws made by a council pursuant to section 126;
Subdivision Regulations means a municipal ordinance regulating the design and improvement of subdivisions enacted under the provisions of article 6.2 of this chapter, or any prior statute, regulating the design and improvement of subdivisions.

Subdivision Regulations means Chapter 236 of the State Statutes.
