Net Invoice Cost definition

Net Invoice Cost means, with respect to equipment, the net invoice cost of such equipment (excluding taxes, shipping, delivery, handling, installation, overhead and other so called “soft” costs).
Net Invoice Cost means the price a dealer paid for a product, less any rebate or discount, plus taxes the dealer paid on the product and any sums the dealer paid to transport the product to the dealer.
Net Invoice Cost as to any Eligible Equipment, an amount equal to (a) the original purchase price of such Eligible Equipment as evidenced by an invoice provided by the seller of such Eligible Equipment to the applicable Credit Party a copy of which is delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to or concurrently with the most recently delivered Borrowing Base Certificate minus (b) all soft costs associated with such purchase, including but not limited to, interest charges, finance fees, taxes, installation fees, delivery fees and professional fees.

Related to Net Invoice Cost

  • Estimated Cost , for the purposes of rule 22, means the estimated cost to maintain, repair or replace a major capital item;

  • Rental Expense means, for any period, the aggregate amount of rental expense according to GAAP with respect to leases of real and personal property (but excluding obligations in respect of Capital Leases) for such period.
