Net Parking Revenue definition

Net Parking Revenue means the gross parking fees (net of sales tax, if any, and all other Applicable Taxes, amounts any parking management company is entitled to retain, and all costs incurred by Licensor, including amounts payable to any parking management company, to provide parking) received by Licensor on account of parking spaces provided on the Premises for UNLV Events as provided in Section 8.1.
Net Parking Revenue means the annual revenue, after deductions for reasonable operating and maintenance expenses directly related to parking, earned by WPZS from parking fees in the Parking Garage and all surface area parking spaces which is over and above $537,713.
Net Parking Revenue means all amounts payable by Parking Manager to Garage Fee Borrower under the Parking Garage Lease, including without limitation, the “Fixed Rent” and “Percentage Rent” as set forth in the Parking Garage Lease, which is calculated based on the “Gross Revenue” collected by Parking Manager under the Parking Garage Lease.

More Definitions of Net Parking Revenue

Net Parking Revenue means all revenue derived from the operation of On-Site Parking Facilities and Off-Site Parking Facilities during Club Events less all documented reasonable fees and expenses paid or otherwise incurred by the City, or, in the case of Club Operated Parking Facilities, the Club, in connection with the operation of the Parking Facilities during Club Events.

For a receiving district, if school operating taxes are to be levied on behalf of a dissolved district that has been attached in whole or in part to the receiving district to satisfy debt obligations of the dissolved district under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12, local school operating revenue does not include school operating taxes levied within the geographic area of the dissolved district.
