Net Settlement Sum definition

Net Settlement Sum means the portion of the Settlement Fund remaining after

More Definitions of Net Settlement Sum

Net Settlement Sum or “RS Net Settlement Sum” shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 12 below;
Net Settlement Sum means the Settlement Amount less all of the following: (i) Administrative Expenses, (ii) Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, (iii) reimbursement of Class Counsel’s litigation expenses, (iv) the service award payments to the class representatives, and
Net Settlement Sum or “NSS” means the Gross Settlement Sum less the amounts awarded to Class Counsel, Settlement Expenses, Named PlaintiffsSettlement Payments, and the Service Payment to Plaintiff Xxxxxx.
Net Settlement Sum means the portion of the Total Maximum Settlement Amount
