NETSO Licence definition

NETSO Licence means the electricity transmission licence granted, or treated as granted, pursuant to Section 6(1)(b) of the Act and in which section C of the standard transmission licence conditions applies;
NETSO Licence means the transmission Licence in which section C of the standard transmission licence conditions has effect.
NETSO Licence means the transmission Licence in which section C of the standard transmission licence conditions has effect. “Party” means either of the Buyer or the Generator (and “Parties” means both of them).

Related to NETSO Licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • License means any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests.

  • operating licence means an authorisation granted by the competent licensing authority to an undertaking, permitting it to provide air services as stated in the operating licence;

  • class licence means a licence, as distinct from an individual licence, issued on the same terms to each applicant of a category of users in respect of the operation of a type of telecommunications network or telecommunications service;

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the intellectual property license agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B to the Contribution and Distribution Agreement.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
