Network Acceptance definition

Network Acceptance means the Purchasers grant a Certificate of Network Acceptance for the Initial Network.
Network Acceptance. Means the Acceptance that takes place at the successful conclusion of Network Acceptance Testing as set forth in Clause 15.1 c) hereof.
Network Acceptance has the meaning given to it in the Nortel Supply Contract.

  • In accordance with Article 8.1 of the Contract, Contractor shall perform Repeater Network Acceptance Testing with respect to each City Network in accordance with the Repeater Acceptance Test Plan and Procedures, including testing intervals and test equipment configuration(s) to be used by Contractor hereunder.

  • At least four (4) months before the planned date of the start of the Acceptance Testing of a Segment and the Network respectively, the Contractor shall submit to the Purchasers for approval a test programme and an Acceptance handbook for the conduct of the Segment and Network Acceptance Tests, as detailed in Part 4 (Technical Specification).

Network Acceptance means that the liquidating bank has a confirmation from the BORROWER (NETWORK ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE) that all of the PROJECT's technical specifications are met (as agreed upon in the NORTEL DASA AGREEMENT).

Related to Network Acceptance

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.
