Network Access Arrangement definition

Network Access Arrangement means an arrangement or arrangements with one or more unrelated entity or entities whereby Blue Shield agree(s) that some or all of the Providers of Blue Shield’s Participating Provider network and/or Preferred Provider network and/or Government Sponsored Programs network(s) shall render Provider Services to persons covered under a Plan Document of such entity or entities and shall be considered as an in- network provider thereunder.
