Network Board definition

Network Board means the organized body as defined by the bylaws of the Network that provides the Services. Unless otherwise noted, all references to the Network Board shall be deemed to include its designated executive(s).
Network Board means the board of directors of Network; Network Board Recommendation means the unanimous and unconditional recommendation of the Network Board to the Network Shareholders to vote in favour of the Scheme (or, following a switch to an Offer, to accept the Offer);
Network Board shall have the same meaning as HIN Board.
