Network Element Bona Fide Request means the process described in Exhibit A that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provide a Network Element not otherwise provided by the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Network Element Bona Fide Request

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) means the process described in Attachment 08 – Bona Fide Request (BFR).
