Network Emergency definition

Network Emergency means any situation or circumstance which the Station Facility Owner reasonably considers requires immediate or urgent action in order:
Network Emergency means an emergency endangering persons and/ or property and arising from a deviation in gas pressure or gas quality in the network or any part of the network.
Network Emergency means circumstances that in the reasonable opinion of the Network Operator:

Network Emergency means an escape, or suspected escape, of gas or where the circumstances are such that, in our opinion (a) the safety of the Network or any part of the Network is at risk, (b) the safe conveyance of gas by the Network is at risk, or (c) the gas conveyed by the Network is at such a pressure or quality as to constitute, when supplied to premises, a danger to life or property.
Network Emergency means any situation or circumstance which the facility owner of (as appropriate) the NR Network or HS1 reasonably considers requires immediate or urgent action in order:
Network Emergency shall be defined as the failure of a previously operating INTERWAVE Product which renders the Product inoperable. 2. INTERWAVE will provide access to INTERWAVE technical support engineers via a telephone "Hot Line" to assist ADC with Network Emergencies twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. 3. INTERWAVE reserves the right to invoice ADC at the time and material rates then in effect, for support services requested by ADC outside the PPS which is determined not to be a Network Emergency.
