Nevada Property definition

Nevada Property means the real estate and personal property relating to the facility owned by the Borrower and located in Lyon County, Nevada.
Nevada Property means certain real property owned by Tronox, comprising several parcels located in Clark County, Nevada.
Nevada Property means those mineral or mining properties, patented or unpatented claims or leases more particularly described in Schedule “A-II” attached to, and made a part of, this Agreement, together with the surface rights, mineral rights, personal property and permits associated therewith, and shall include any renewal thereof and any other form of successor or substitute title thereto;
