Examples of New Bonds in a sentence
The New Bonds are exchangeable for the New Bonds of other denominations, as in the Original Indenture provided, except that payment of a service charge therefor will not be required by the Company.
New Bonds delivered upon any registration of transfer or exchange shall be valid obligations of the Issuer, evidencing the same debt as the Bonds surrendered, shall be secured by this Indenture and shall be entitled to all of the security and benefits hereof to the same extent as the Bonds surrendered.
New Bonds representing the unredeemed balance of the principal amount of such Bond shall be issued to the Owner thereof, without charge therefor.
