New Global Note definition

New Global Note or “NGN” means a Temporary Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 1 Part 3 or a Permanent Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 1 Part 4 which is intended to be eligible collateral for Eurosystem monetary policy and intra-day credit operations as stated in the applicable Final Terms;
New Global Note means a Temporary Global Note being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Appendix B-1 hereto or a Permanent Global Note being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Appendix B-2 hereto and in either case in respect of which the applicable Final Terms indicate it is a New Global Note; Note means a note issued or to be issued by the relevant Issuer pursuant to the Programme Agreement, other than a Note which will form a single Series with any Notes issued by any Issuer prior to the date of this Agreement, which Note may be represented by a Global Note or a Definitive Note;
New Global Note or "NGN" means a temporary Global Bearer Note or a permanent Global Bearer Note in either case where the relevant Offering Circular Supplement indicates that such Note is intended to be issued in new global note form; and

Examples of New Global Note in a sentence

  • If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is applicable, this Temporary Global Note shall not be valid for any purpose until it has been effectuated for and on behalf of the entity appointed as common safekeeper by the ICSDs.

  • If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is applicable, this Permanent Global Note shall not be valid for any purpose until it has been effectuated for and on behalf of the entity appointed as common safekeeper by the ICSDs.

  • If the applicable Final Terms indicates that this Global Note is not intended to be a New Global Note, the nominal amount of the Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the aggregate nominal amount stated in the applicable Final Terms or, if lower, the nominal amount most recently entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in the relevant column in Part 2 or 3 of Schedule One or in Schedule Two.

  • If the applicable Final Terms indicates that this Global Note is intended to be a New Global Note, the nominal amount of Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the aggregate amount from time to time entered in the records of both Euroclear Bank SA/NV and Clearstream Banking S.A. (together, the relevant Clearing Systems).

  • If the Final Terms indicate that this Temporary Global Note is intended to be a New Global Note, the nominal amount of Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note shall be the aggregate amount from time to time entered in the records of both Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg (together, the relevant Clearing Systems).


More Definitions of New Global Note

New Global Note mean a Temporary Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 1 hereto or a Permanent Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 2 hereto, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify the Notes as being in NGN form;
New Global Note or “NGN” means a Temporary Global Note or a Permanent Global Note in either case where the relevant Applicable Transaction Terms indicates that such Note is intended to be issued in new global note form; and
New Global Note means a Note in global form which specifies on its face that it is a New Global Note, representing an issue of commercial paper of a like maturity which may be issued from time to time by an Issuer pursuant to this Agreement.
New Global Note means a Note in global form which is a new global note, as so specified in the applicable Final Terms;
