New Laws definition

New Laws means any legislative, regulatory, judicial, or other action affecting the rights or obligations of the Parties, or establishing rates, terms or conditions for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair or replacement of Wireless Installation on public infrastructure or in the right-of-way, that differ, in any material respect from the rates, terms or conditions of the Agreement.
New Laws means amendments or modifications to the Applicable Rules, and all ordinances, resolutions, initiatives, regulations, rules, laws, plans, policies, and guidelines of the City and its City Council, Planning Commission, and all other City boards, commissions, departments, agencies, and committees enacted or adopted after the Effective Date.
New Laws means any legislative, regulatory, judicial, or other action taken subsequent to the execution of this Agreement by a government agency with jurisdiction superseding that of the Parties that affects said Parties’ rights or obligations or that establishes rates, terms or conditions for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair or replacement of Wireless Installation on public infrastructure or in the right-of-way, that differ, in any material respect from the rates, terms or conditions of the Agreement.
