Between the date hereof and the Closing Date, Seller shall not enter into any New Service Contracts or modify, renew or extend the term of any of the Existing Service Contracts or New Service Contracts without Purchaser's prior written consent in each instance, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 15.7 to the contrary, Seller shall have the right, without Purchaser's consent, to terminate any one or more of the Existing Service Contracts and the New Service Contracts at any time on or prior to the Closing Date.
