New Unsecured Notes Indenture definition

New Unsecured Notes Indenture means that certain indenture, dated as of the Effective Date, by and among the Reorganized Debtors, the New Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee, and the New Unsecured Noteholders, which shall contain terms consistent in all respects with the term sheet attached as an exhibit to the RSA and otherwise be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors, the Supporting Common Interest Holders, and the Required Consenting Term Lenders.
New Unsecured Notes Indenture means the new indenture for the New Unsecured Notes.
New Unsecured Notes Indenture means the indenture, to be dated the Issue Date, between the Issuer, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, governing the New Unsecured Notes as amended, restated, supplemented, waived, renewed or otherwise modified from time to time, and as replaced (whether or not upon termination, and whether with the original holders or otherwise), restructured, repaid, refunded, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time.

New Unsecured Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of the Restructuring Closing Date, among the Company, the subsidiary guarantor and trustee named therein relating to the New Unsecured Notes issued by the Company, or any permitted Refinancing Indebtedness thereof permitted under this Indenture.
New Unsecured Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of June 16, 2020, among Endo Designated Activity Company, Endo Finance LLC and Endo Xxxxx Inc., the guarantors party thereto and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, pursuant to which the New Unsecured Notes were issued.
New Unsecured Notes Indenture means the indenture governing the New Unsecured Notes substantially in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit F attached hereto.
