Nexus Study definition

Nexus Study means the Nexus Study entitled, Residential Nexus Analysis dated October 2014, that is maintained for public review in the Department of Housing or any subsequent nexus study approved by the City Council.
Nexus Study means a study, adopted by resolution of the city council, that analyzes the connection between projected residential development and the cost of addressing the need for affordable housing for lower income households created by the residential development.
Nexus Study means the SCTDF/TIF Program Nexus Study prepared by DKS and dated November 2019, as such document may be amended from time to time.
