REMUNERATION The contract payment for the service is for the provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy via voucher and Varenicline via PGD, to all patients registered with a Sheffield GP, presenting to pharmacies contracted to provide this service.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy may be provided to clients undertaking Smoking Cessation by suitably trained and accredited Smoking Cessation Advisors working within the Council of the Borough of Kirklees.
The program will provide the following services: Nicotine Replacement Therapy – Up to eight weeks of nicotine replacement therapy that can be provided directly to participants after their initial telephone assessment.
