The Joint Insurance Committee shall be composed of the Superintendent or designee, the NMCSC Treasurer or the Deputy Treasurer, another administrator in the district, a classified member of the health insurance plan, the NMTA President or his/her designee, and three (3) members of the NMTA chosen by the NMTA.
