NMTC Program definition

NMTC Program means the program authorized by the Act and implemented pursuant to guidance published by the Fund at 66 Federal Register 21846 and 66 Federal Register 65806, the NMTC Program Income Tax Regulations (as hereinafter defined) promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service, and applicable Notice of Allocation Availability.
NMTC Program means the New Market Tax Credit Program enacted by the United States Congress as part of the Community Renewal Tax Relief Act of 2000 (and codified as Section 45D of the Code), or any similar program adopted by any state or local government or Governmental Authority, which permits certain individual and corporate taxpayers to receive a credit against federal income taxes for making qualified equity investments in qualified community development entities.
NMTC Program means the New Market Tax Program, a federal program enacted by the United States Congress as a part of the Community Renewal Tax Relief Act of 2000, as amended, administered by from the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund of the United States Department of Treasury.

  • Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.

  • Service program or “service” means any medical care ambulance service or nontransport service that has received authorization by the department.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.
