Notice of Allocation definition

Notice of Allocation has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Notice of Allocation means a notification to the Allocatee from the Fund that informs the Allocatee that it has been approved by the Fund to receive a NMTC Allocation subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Allocation.
Notice of Allocation means a form the division prescribes that an applicant completes indicating the allocation of its or another entity’s right to claim the tax credit to one or more taxpayers and each taxpayer’s interest in the qualified energy generator.

Examples of Notice of Allocation in a sentence

  • Each Borrower’s Allocation, and each Bank’s Allocated Commitment with respect to such Borrower, shall remain in effect (i) from the Closing Date until the first Notice of Allocation becomes effective, and (ii) thereafter, from the date that the most recent Notice of Allocation became effective until the next subsequent Notice of Allocation becomes effective.

  • The nomination submitted by a Regular Shipper for a Segment being allocated or frozen that is recorded in the system at the time specified in the Notice of Allocation or Freeze Notice.

Notice of Allocation means a notice substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXV annexed hereto delivered by Borrowers to Administrative Agent pursuant to subsection 2.1A(i)(b) for the purpose of (i) allocating the Revolving Loan Commitments among the Domestic Revolving Loan Commitments, the UK Revolving Loan Commitments, the French Revolving Loan Commitments and the Japanese Revolving Loan Commitments, and (ii) suballocating such Revolving Loan Commitment amounts for each Borrower between the Revolving Loan Suballocation and Letters of Credit Suballocation for each Borrower.
Notice of Allocation means a notice substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XII annexed hereto delivered by Borrowers to Agent pursuant to subsection 2.1A(i)(b) for the purpose of (i) allocating the DIP/Bridge Loan Commitments among the DIP Loan Commitments, the UK Bridge Loan Commitments, the French Bridge Loan Commitments and the Japanese Bridge Loan Commitments, and (ii) suballocating such DIP/Bridge Loan Commitment amounts for each Borrower between the Loan Suballocation and Letters of Credit Suballocation for each Borrower.
