No Employment Right. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Grantee the right to continued employment by the Company or any Subsidiary, or affect the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate the employment or service of the Grantee at any time for any reason.
No Employment Right. Awardee acknowledges that neither the fact of this Award of SUAs nor any provision of this Award Agreement or the Plan or the policies adopted pursuant to the Plan shall confer upon Awardee any right with respect to employment or continuation of current employment with the Company, or to employment that is not terminable at will. Awardee further acknowledges and agrees that neither the Plan nor this Award of SUAs makes Awardee’s employment with the Company for any minimum or fixed period, and that such employment is subject to the mutual consent of Awardee and the Company, and subject to any written employment agreement that may be in effect from time to time between the Company and the Awardee, may be terminated by either Awardee or the Company at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause or notice or any kind of pre- or post-termination warning, discipline or procedure.
No Employment Right. This Agreement shall not be deemed to confer on the Executive a right to continued employment with Primex.

Awardee further acknowledges and agrees that neither the Plan nor this Award of SAs makes Awardee’s employment with the Company or Awardee’s actual employer for any minimum or fixed period, and that this employment is subject to the mutual consent of Awardee and the Company or Awardee’s actual employer, and may be terminated by either Awardee or the Company or Awardee’s actual employer at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause or notice or any kind of pre- or post-termination warning, discipline or procedure.
No Employment Right. This Agreement shall not be deemed to confer on Executive a right to continued employment with Olin.
No Employment Right. This Agreement does not constitute, and shall not be construed to provide, any assurance of continuing employment. Executive's employment with the Company and of its Successors or Assigns is "at will," and, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, may be terminated by Executive or the Company at any time.
No Employment Right. This Agreement shall not be construed as giving Holder the right to any continued employment, or other relationship, with SIBE.

The Optionee further acknowledges and agrees that the Optionee’s employment with the Company is not for any minimum or fixed period, is subject to the mutual consent of the Optionee and the Company, and may be terminated by either the Optionee or the Company at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause or notice or any kind of pre- or post-termination warning, discipline or procedure.
