Covered Areas definition

Covered Areas means the surface of, and the space above and below, any public “Rights- of-Way,” “ROW,” “City Rights-of-Way,” “Public Rights-of-Way,” and/or “Cable, Communications, Fiber or Electric Easement” as those terms are defined herein.
Covered Areas means mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Isle of Wight and/or the Isle of Man, except in the case of a Limited Plan in which case it shall mean Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Jersey and the Isle of Wight (and not the Isle of Man);

Examples of Covered Areas in a sentence

  • Lineal ascendant or descendant, dependent or spouse had a principal residence or place of employment in one of the Covered Areas on the Applicable Date.

More Definitions of Covered Areas

Covered Areas means (i) the Rocky Mountain area consisting of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, southern Idaho, western Nebraska, western Kansas and northeastern Nevada, (ii) the Northwest area consisting of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming and northern Nevada and (iii) the Pittsburgh area consisting of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and western Maryland. "Current Market Price" of any security on any day means (i) the last reported sale price (or, if no sale is reported, the average of the high and low bid prices) on The Nasdaq Stock Market on such day, or (ii) if the primary trading market for such security is not The Nasdaq Stock Market, then the closing sale price regular way on such day (or, in case no such sale takes place on such day, the reported closing bid price regular way on such day) in each case on the New York Stock Exchange, or, if such security is not listed or admitted to trading on such exchange, then on the principal exchange on which such security is traded, or (iii) if the Current Market Price of such security on such day is not available pursuant to one of the methods specified above, then the average of the bid and asked prices for such security on such day as furnished by any New York Stock Exchange member firm selected from time to time by the Board of Directors for that purpose.
Covered Areas means mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland Jersey, the Isle of Wight and/or the Isle of Man;
Covered Areas means the Premises, any utility system or other facility which serves the Premises (whether located in the Premises or in other portions of the Shopping Center), and the Shopping Center, but, with respect to the Shopping Center, only to the extent that the presence of Hazardous Substances on the Shopping Center adversely affects the Premises or Tenant’s ability to conduct its typical business activities from the Premises.
Covered Areas means the surface of, and the space above and below, any public “Rights-of-Way,” “ROW,” “County Rights-of-Way,” “Public Rights-of-Way,” “Cable, Communications, Fiber, Utility, or Electric Easement,” provided that the location/collocation of Small Wireless Facilities is not otherwise prohibited in said easements, and applicable “Private Property” in which the standards of this ordinance are met and as those terms are defined herein.
Covered Areas shall be defined as those locations designated with a “Red” Level 3 Travel Health Notice by the Centers For Disease Control (“CDC”) (i.e., foreign countries with widespread ongoing transmission with restrictions on entry to the United States), as reflected on the CDC website (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/map-and-travel- notices.html). When the CDC removes such designation from a country, it shall no longer be a “Covered Location” for purposes of this MOU.

Covered Areas does not include roaming (i.e., geographic areas that are not a part of the single nationwide digital network coverage area of the single Wireless Carrier).
