Nomination Start Time has the meaning given in Clause 5.2(c);

Nomination Start Time. "Nomination Start Time" means in respect of a Nomination including an IBP Nomination the start of the Day which is 30 days prior to the Day to which the Nomination refers;

Related to Nomination Start Time

  • Subscription Start Date means the date specified in the Order Form.

  • Destination state means the state, territory, or foreign country to which motor fuel is directed for

  • Completion Statement has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement; Conditions has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement;

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Allocation Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.

  • Whole-time Director means Whole-time Director as defined in Section 2(94) of the Act.

  • Initial Registration Statement means the initial Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • SECP or “Commission” means Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan established under Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 and shall include its successor.
